General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
Article 1 – Definitions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") are offered by OrthoCore.
The following terms shall be defined as:
-
"Site": The website "https://orthocore.com" and all its pages, the exclusive property of the Company.
-
"Products" or "Services": All products (materials) and services (benefits) that can be purchased or subscribed to on the Site.
-
"Seller": OrthoCore, a legal or natural person, offering its Products or Services on the Site.
-
"Customer": The internet user, individual or professional, making a purchase of Product(s) or Service(s) on the Site.
-
"Consumer": As defined by the preliminary article of the French Consumer Code: "any natural person who acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal, or liberal activity."
The internet user visiting the Site and interested in the Products and Services offered by the Seller is invited to read these GTC carefully, to print them, and/or to save them on a durable medium before placing an order on the Site. The Customer acknowledges having read the GTC and accepts them in full.
Article 2 – Application of the GTC and Purpose of the Site
The Seller reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time by publishing a new version on the Site. The GTC applicable to the Customer are those in effect on the day of the order.
Legal information regarding the host and publisher of the Site, the collection and processing of personal data, and the conditions of use of the Site are provided in the general conditions of use, legal notices, and the data charter of this Site.
This Site offers the online sale of OrthoCore products.
The Site is free to access for all Customers. The acquisition of a Product or Service implies acceptance by the Customer of the entirety of these GTC. This acceptance may consist, for example, of checking the box corresponding to the acceptance sentence: "I acknowledge having read and accepted all the general conditions of the Site." Checking this box will be deemed to have the same value as a handwritten signature.
Article 3 – Customer Service
The customer service of this Site is accessible by email at: contact@orthocorepro.com, via a contact form, or by postal mail at the address indicated in the legal notice. For any professional requests (partnerships, media), the Company is only reachable by email at contact@orthocorepro.com.
Article 4 – Order Subscription Terms and Purchase Process Description
The Products and Services offered are those appearing in the catalog published on the Site. Each product is accompanied by a description established by the Seller. Photos on the Site are non-contractual and may vary slightly from the photographed models due to screen settings, lighting, etc.
The "Cart" is defined as the immaterial object grouping all Products or Services selected by the Customer. To place an order, the Customer adds Products to their "Cart," the contents of which can be modified at any time. The sale is validly formed when the Customer confirms the order by clicking "Finalize my order," accepts the GTC, and proceeds to payment.
Article 5 – Price and Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, prices in the catalog are in Euros, including all taxes (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and excluding any processing and shipping costs.
OrthoCore reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The Customer can pay by Credit Card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, or Paypal. The Site has no access to the Customer's payment details; payment is made directly through the bank or payment provider.
Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery costs will be indicated to the Customer before any payment. The Site has no geographical limitation for delivery. Delivery times are for informational purposes only. In the event of delivery outside the European Union, the Customer is the importer and is responsible for potential customs duties or import taxes.
The Seller undertakes to deliver Products within a maximum of thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract with a Consumer Customer.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer Customer has fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt of the product to withdraw. The Product must be returned in perfect condition, in its blister pack, and unused. The Customer bears the return shipping costs.

Article 14 – Severability
If any provision of these GTC is judged illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Article 15 – Applicable Law and Mediation
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the Customer may request mediation.
